Hey all,
What's the best Merbau decking paint/oil everyone's using ?
My deck was done in 2010'
I used Quantum Sap strip and had great success on it for years but in the winter it always came up (milky).

Single coated it every 2 yrs , but it's gotten sad the last few and I'm wanting to rid quantum products (I've Q-stripped it completely back) and Oxalic acid washed ready for round 2 !

I use Feast Watson Traditional Timber Oil on a number of decks I maintain. And these are in areas that get extreme frosts and 40+ deg summers. Extremely happy with the look and durability. And also use an acid wash before recoating as you have already done.

A friend of mine, who knows plenty about this subject professionally, recommends & uses this product bar none (for a clear finish)
Clear Wood Oil (http://www.luxurypaints.com.au/products-timber/clear-wood-oil)
