Hi all, I'm Dez I'm 45 & I'm partially disabled , I've got degeneration of the lower spine & severe nerve damage to my left knee but I've dealt with all that for over 25years doesn't stop me from doing wat I love to do, which is draw in graphite &a color pencils & paint in acrylics.riding quad bikes & gokarts,4x4 exploring, playing around with my dremel carving out things in wood & spending time with the family.

my wife is 44, & weve been married for 23yrs & been together since we were 15-16 years old,yer yer I know u get less for life lol, We have 3 daughters aged 25 is our eldest & she's married & just had her 2nd child ( yay a poppy again, love it), our 2nd daughter is 22 & engaged to wed next year, our 3rd daughter is 19 & she's loving being single atm & loving life.

ive loved working with wood since I was a teenager, never had the means to begin a woodwork hobby, & collect the tools I'd love to, to learn to build & have a lot of fun with woodwork,my family have brought me over this year a few tools & machines & have just brought me my first wood lathe, which is a gmf D-1440, which I'm so excited to have,I haven't used a lathe in along time, but it's kool I have for when I'm ready to do so.

im hoping to get a mini 6in1 lathe to learn on before expanding to my big wood lathe, which will be awesome, we as a family love life & have fun doing so together, wheather we r all out riding our quad bikes & big gokarts,or 4x4 exploring for the weekends.

Anywho, I hope to be reading & learning allot more.
Thanks
