Notifications going to junk folder

For the past couple of days the notifications have been going to junk on Outlook, even though the email address is in my contacts list and I've clicked the not junk button several times. Have the WWF server credentials somehow changed, or is it an Outlook problem?

I'm getting the same with about 20% of the notifications on my iMac.
