Curved retaining wall

Hi

I am looking to make a retaining wall like the one pictured below. It will be made out of 200x75mm hardwood sleeper.
The highest part of the wall will be 500mm and the lowest around 200mm.
What would be the best way to cut the curve? Chainsaw? Jigsaw?
