Hi Folks,
Solid wooden door, circa 30Kg, wanting to use as an internal sliding door off Bathroom.
Would have liked to use bottom rollers, but looks like they do not exist in a suitable format ( No top guide with pelmet)
Top rollers are visible with adjusting nuts, as a finished set up ?

If I use Std top straight sliding top roller, Bunnings, with those dodgy plastic guides at the bottom,

I'll need to cut a slide recess in bottom of door.

I have a biscuit cutter purchased at a garage sale $20 some years ago.
Any advice how to cut the groove?
I am thinking flat board and door on side clamped to saw horse, and run the cutter along the ege?
Any members see any problems?
Thanks
