Like many folk i have been using well known auction site for a long time & had no issues with them.On the 26th April bought & paid postage on an item from a respected seller.Again no issue. However the courier service they use is without doubt the absolute pits.Still waiting for the delivery from Goulburn to Sydney a distance of some 190Klm / 2 1/2 hrs.Numerous phone calls to courier & told its 'in transit' & should be arriving any time now.No specific time but 'any time now'.Guaranteed before any other purchases i will ask the question of which carrier they use.

I recently had a look through a lot of reviews about several different courier companys because I needed to find a low cost way of sending two big boxes to Adelaide. The first thing that struck me was the number of reviews for courier companys, there was a lot. The vast majority are bad reviews claiming things like slow delivery, lost packages, damage during transit, smelly delivery driver etc etc. After reading it all, I decided its a total coin flip. I just hope that the 3-5 individual actual people that handle my packages care as if it was there own package.

I used Couriers Please, and other than a grumpy look from the pickup driver when he saw that the size of the boxes was about 1mm smaller than maximum allowed, I had no issues. The dude was grumpy because it meant he had to restack all of the smaller boxes in the back of his van to make room for mine. Serves him right for just throwing them in there ;)
