The photos in an old thread got screwed up by the hosting service some time ago, but when I open the thread, there is no option to edit it in the bottom right corner like normal.
Why cant I fix up these photos in a thread that I started?
The thread is from 2009.

You can only edit a thread or 24 hours.

What is the thread?

Hello oldnewby

The problem with the photo's will be because they were not loaded onto Woodwork Forums but were linked to photobucket.com

Those links are not able to connect any more. Below is one to show what happens when you click on it:

This is why we prefer that all photos, .pfd's .doc's, etc are loaded directly on to this site instead of linked to an external site.

If you wish to redo the photo's yourself let me know and I will see if I can let you in to edit it for your self. Too big a job to expect moderators to do.

Hope this is of some help.
