Hello,
Just wondering which would be better the feastwatson floorclear, Cabots CFP Cabothane or the Wattyl Estapol Interior Polyurethane.
Wanted something durable as the kids use it too play with their cars, build lego etc.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum!
The only product of those three that I have used is the Cabothane, and only once. It's a sort of rubbery finish which I wouldn't think would be as durable as something hard.
I have great respect for Wattyl, so that would be a good choice, but I would use Minwax Polyurethane clear satin (mainly coz I have some :D). It's an excellent water based product which I've had on my shed floor (and elsewhere) for about 3 years - its' taken a hiding very well. Available from Home Hardware or Masters, and made in the USA.

If it is in constant use by your kids, why put anything on it that may cause sensitivites. Also, with a varnish coating, it will ony look as good as the day it is done. Once the first scratch appears, you cant fix up. A more sustainable coating would be a penetrating oil that you can spot repaired and resurface with minimal effort.
