Well done, did you purchase any special tools or wood to commemorate the occasion...

Our 50th was in August. During July we were in Las Vegas so that I could attend the AWFS convention. After a day on the show floor, I came back to the hotel and told SWMBO "I can SAVE $200." Once she realized that I had to buy a drum sander to save $200 she blew up. I had to tell her that it was a joke three times and she was still ranting about it.

It was then and there that I decided that the Anniversary rings that I was thinking about weren't going to happen.

BTW - SWMBO doesn't under understand that you can not buy your way out of financial difficulties.

That's an interesting question...nothing in particular...it was just easy to remember, even watching my future wife emerge from the car and walk down the path to the Garden area.

It was a Sunday..beautiful clear sunny day.

Garden Wedding at the Reception Centre so short walk to the reception...but I think I remembered it because unlike mate's weddings where they were a big party booze up as a guest. I didn't drink at all that day....:U
