If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human
race has not achieved and never will achieve its full potential,
that word would be "meetings."

A general manager of a local council once said "all committees should consist of 3 people with 2 absent"

With apologies to Churchill, regarding meetings/committees

"Never in the field of human endeavour has so little been done by so few who end up contributing so little".

Committee/meeting usually made up of the unwilling, the uninterested, the uninformed doing the unnecessary.
