Hi Guys,
I've just reglazed and puttied a double hung window, while at it I've sanded, primed, replaced sash cord etc. I now realise the putty has a ridiculously long curing time before it's ready to paint ~28+ days. I'm happy to wait for painting, however I would like to reinstall the window. 12hrs on and the putty is still as soft as when I installed it. At what point does it become safe to reinstall the window without damaging the putty job? The window faces west and cops the afternoon sun and rain.
Cheers,
Alex
