A couple were in front of the judge asking for a divorce. he judge asked the wife,
'How old are you?' and she answered,
'Thirty, your honour.'
The judge replied,' I think you may be a bit older than that. Can I see your birth certificate please?'
'Wait a minute , ' said the judge. 'You were under oath and this birth certificate states that you are over 50 years old!'
'Yes, but I've been with him for the past 20 years. You don't call that living do you?"
