I wanted to order a sanding belt to used as the conveyor on a 600 mm drum sander I made. I wanted to ask face to face if what I was asking was possible. It took a couple of goes to catch them. When I did, my questions/concerns were melted away and in a short time the monster belt arrived. Yes I am a happy customer and can recommend them anytime. They will answer the phone from 9am to 12 after that the message bank is on while they are doing up orders to get away that day. They seem to be pretty busy floks

Thanks for all the positive feedback regarding our service. With regard to phone hours, we were only answering our phone from Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, however we realised that it was a bit hard to get in contact with us, so we now try to answer the telephone Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. (Queensland time) We do still run our answering machine sometime, and particularly while we have our lunch, but you can always leave a message on the answering machine, and we will get back to you. Don't forget to leave your phone number with your message, as we do have some people who forget that important detail and then we can't ring you back.
