I haven't turned a bowl for a while, l turned one last week end and when I went to finish it I found both he EEE - Ultra Shine and Shellawax Cream had gone hard.
Is there any way to soften them back to a paste?
Both jars are near full.:(

I am sure this problem has been asked and answered before so a search might provide the solution otherwise Neil might answer when he sees your post.

From the product page...
To fix melted EEE: Put container in hot water to melt contents, when melted stir with non
metal stirrer until mix begins to cool & thicken or the abrasive may drop out of the mix.
To rejuvenate hard EEE: Do the same as above but, add a small amount of mineral turpentine.
(for half a jar add 1 tablespoon, if really dry add 2 tablespoons too much will just make it runny)
Stir Shellawax Cream occasionally to keep it in a cream form and stop it from going hard in the jar. Reason: Shellawax Cream will thicken with time as it is exposed to the air and the alcohol evaporates. However it has the unique ability to go creamy when stirred briskly, even if it is almost rock hard.

My EEE went hard a couple of years ago due to a crack in the lid of the plastic tub.
I fixed it with a splash of turps and transferred the mix to a glass jar.
