Motels - Chermside

Can anyone recommend a motel in Chermside (Qld) I notice there is 4 or 5 along Gympie Rd.
I have an 8am appt at Prince Charles in August and toying with the idea of a motel for the night before instead of a 4am start.
I don't need flash, just clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

I stayed at the chermside motor inn while my wife was having chemo and also the green motel. The motor inn had hospital rates, maybe the green motel has, I'm not sure now.

G'Day Paul, My mum's in Chermside in the village opposite the shopping centre...we've stayed in a few around the area but I found this on a web search...a pdf put out by Queensland Health...
