When I try to enlarge Market Place Photos, a black page appears. Please advise what I'm doing incorrectly.
Thank you,
Bruce

Bruce, can you give some more detail please.

1 Is this in all Market Place threads or just a specific one, if so which one?

2 What device are you using?

3 What browser are you using?

I have just tried photos in several threads and they all enlarge the same as photos in general forum threads.

I am using a laptop running Windows XP and Firefox as a browser.

If you click on a photo it will (should) come up in a new window (black page) at a larger size and in some instances it may be able to be enlarged again by clicking on it in that window. Depending on how fast or slow your server or connection is it could take from a few seconds to a minute for the photo to appear in the middle of that black screen. If it doesn't enlarge then it is most likely posted at the size you see and can't be enlarged any more.

If you don't get the photo in a new window check to see if popups are blocked in your browses. If they are you will need to unblock popups.

If you wait for a minute and still nothing appears please answer the following questions and it will give us something more to work on to see if we can track down the problem.

Is this something that has just happened recently or has it been like this for the last 6 years 9 mths since you joined the forums.?

Are you using a desktop computer, laptop, or a portable tablet device?

Hope this is of some help.

Cheers - Neil

Thanks Neil,
The page that comes up after clicking on thumbnails is really an opaque grey, through which the original view can be seen.
Originally there ere no problems, but has been like this for some months now.
I am using a desk top.

Bruce
