I guess this is a good a place as any to start - so here goes. From the get-go I have to say, this looks like a wonderful wellspring of knowledge, skill sharing and wisdom, so much thanks to the many folk who keep this little gem alive and kicking. Have taken a bit of a lookie over the many threats - and there arent much here that doesn't interest me. However, knowing exactly where to chime in does leave me scratching my head and some more. Maybe if I sketch out our first project, it might help you in nudging me in the right direction. We are hoping to build a temporary 'roof-over-head' before biting off more than we can chew. We are not sure of the exact form it will take yet, but we are leaning towards a humble abode on the back of a old Bedford truck or the like. The images below should give you a bit of an idea. https://www.google.co.kr/search?q=tiny+house+on++nz&newwindow=1&biw=1024&bih=615&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=kx0uVdPcLqHmmAWu_YCgCA&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ So as you can imagine, I have a gazillion questions that may fit into a number of forum subgroups. From the questions fielded, you will soon figure out for yourselves, I'm new to many of these things, but life's meant to be a grand ol adventure, right!? Anyways, thanks again, Kind Regards, Wellspring (Huon Valley)
