A man was driving when a traffic camera flashed.
He thought his picture was taken for exceeding the speed limit, even though he knew he was not
speeding. Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same
spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed. He thought
this was quite funny, so he slowed down even further as he drove past
the area, but the traffic camera flashed yet again. He tried a fourth time
with the same result. The fifth time he was laughing when the camera
flashed as he rolled past at a snail's pace..
3 weeks later, he got five traffic fine letters in the mail for driving without
a seat belt.

That is as bad as the woman who got waved past a RBT check a block from home and as she had never been checked before and had not had a drink in a week she went round the block to find out what it was all about, but was waved through again so she tried again and got waved in on the third try, blew clear and coped a fat fine for not having her drivers licence with her.

or the guys that saw a speed camera vehicle by the side of the road, snuck up to it and stole the numberplate. They put the numberplate on their car and sped past the speed camera several times, then snuck back and returned the numberplate. The speed camera unit issued a number of infringement notices to itself.
