Security Door handle/lock replacement

Our security door handle has broken internally; metal fatigue. I was hoping I could get a new lockwood handle or lock but I couldnt locate anything through bunnings that would work.

To complicate things the security screen is a 3 way lock and it seems it isn't just straight forward to connect up all the mechanisms if indeed I put a new lock on.

Any easy ways out without forking out for a new door?

If its replaced wife is looking at a crimesafe door $900ish ouch..........
