How do I post Photos on the forum?

I have forgotten how to post photos on the forum!!:doh::doh:

I have a couple of folders on the desktop with photos I want to post.

How do I do it???:?

At the top of the reply/post box is a paper clip Arthur click that and read carefully each section make sure when each bit is done at the last point hit done
