Hi All

Long time reader first time poster.

I got into woodworking from a young age, in my grandfather's workshop, and got back into it relatively recently.
My interests include anything from turning, to furniture.

I'm in the market for a new lathe, which is why I've joined, so I can access all the advise available on the forum.

There are a heap of members in Sydney and surrounding areas.....
Some of us have gathered at one of the forum members home at Katoomba about 4 times for a meet & greet.
The Sydney Wood Show is on next fortnight & the forum will have a stand, another opportunity to meet people..
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
