I stumbled upon a product a couple of months ago that I was rather skeptical about at first but I have to admit that I have become a BIG fan! They are called RAPTOR NAILS. If you have a CNC machine these bad boys are a must have! They are by far the greatest invention for CNC since the invention of the CNC machine itself! They are completely non-metal and do not damage your tooling! They also drastically reduce your set-up time because you don't have to use clamps. I found out about them on google and called the number they had listed. I talked to directly to Kyle - their VP of Sales. He was extremely helpful in answering my multitude of questions seeing as I was previously unaware that such technology existed. The only initial drawback was that I had to purchase special tooling (about $314) but Kyle was able to set me up with a short risk-free demo trial and I was hooked. I quickly got over the $314 tool price when I realized that I would never again have broken bits, long set-up time, torn sanding belts, etc...
I am now a regular user and have found several more application to use RAPTOR for in my shop.
I highly recommend that you visit www.raptornails.com (http://www.raptornails.com) and view their CNC videos. I am not a you tube person but here's my best shot at a direct link to the video:
