You may have a problem airfreighting flammable materials so I suspect that made-up products like U-Beaut's shellac may be difficult but you can ask them (see site sponsor links). However, you can buy shellac in solid form as buttons (much better than yucky orange flake shellac) and make the shellac solution with locally bought denatured alcohol. Shines, fax +61280039876 can sell you the buttons. I have no idea about Tung oil, but suspect you would either need a supplier local to you or else sea freight.
