Got a few of these windows at our place and we've been unable to stop them rusting so I would like to replace them. Had a quote to replace them with aluminium windows but it's going to cost approx $6000 just for 4 of them. Would like to know how hard these are to get out, can't see what's holding them in place? Am considering the option of buying second hand windows and retro-fitting to keep costs down. What do you think, how would you go about it?Reno 001.jpg (http://www.renovateforum.com/attachments/f84/99721d1388620031-replacing-steel-framed-windows-reno-001.jpg)Reno 002.jpg (http://www.renovateforum.com/attachments/f84/99722d1388620053-replacing-steel-framed-windows-reno-002.jpg)Reno 003.jpg (http://www.renovateforum.com/attachments/f84/99723d1388620072-replacing-steel-framed-windows-reno-003.jpg)
