I have a small tractor and excavator on my property. I occasionally lend them to other people who pay me a small fee to manage the cost of running them. If they were to have an accidient on the machine would I be liable? The charge covers the cost of the machine and maintenance for the machine and I don't do it for the money...
I know I am covered under my home and contents but others?
