Am replacing all my striker plates for my doors and, in keeping with my lack of luck in my home renos, one of the screws snapped off at the head leaving the thread still in the door architrave.
So what's the best way to remove it? Would I drill next to the screw so I can remove it then fill in the hold and redrill? Am I on the right track? And if so what would I use to fill in the hole? Wood putty? Spakfilla? Architraves are made of mdf or something similar.
Cheers
