I just finished applying the waterproof membrane around the spa/shower area.
I acrylic waterproof painted villaboard up about 600mm from the lip of the spa and about 200mm across joints and corner.
Right on schedule, just as it has dried, I realised that the primer I had also bought so that I could prime before I waterproofed was still in the bottle. Urrrggghhhh.
Question is, will the tile still adhere to the membrane as well? I am putting up 500x500x12 tiles.
I gave the dry membrane a bit of a scratch etc and it appears to be stuck on the villaboard pretty darn rock solid, but would appreciate any thoughts before I tile. Cheers
