edit title???

Hi, I've done a search and can't find an answer.
I've just reduced the prices in a market place thread I started and thought I'd edit the title to indicate "price drop" hoping that people who had previously viewed it would have another look but I can't work out how.
Is this possible?
Is this the appropriate thing to do?
