can you estapol over tung oil

Hi - Can someone help? I have floating floor boards which currently have tung oil on them. I would like a more resistant finish, the floor near my door way gets some rain on it and is looking a bit worn. Can you put estapol straight over tung oil? I don't need to sand it in terms of scratches - it's still in pretty good condition. I would really love some help with this one!!!

Yes as long as its well cured.

Been dry for at least a few weeks.

Why not rub up the offending area & touch up with tung oil?
