Hi all,
As the title suggests I am looking at getting my existing front door replaced and after some recommendations. I assume the best (and most cost effective) way is probably to go with a local carpenter but there are so many to choose from and no way of really knowing who to choose other than getting them all out for quotes so wondering if anyone has experience with a local carpenter that they would recommend?
We are in the Northern Suburbs (so it needs to be a sturdy door, lol) and not after anything too fancy but we would prefer if the person who does the install also installs a deadlock for us at the same time (do they do that?). According to my measurements the current door is 2020 x 810 x 40.
Any recommendations as well as ballpark prices from previous experience would be much appreciated! Thanks guys!
