View Full Version : Anyone going past Cremorne to Stanhope Gardens

Hi,
I have some timber that needs to be picked up from Cremorne (Greg Ward's house) and delivered to my house in Stanhope Gardens. It's about a 35 minute drive. The timber will be left out so pick up times are not crucial, however I'll be back in Sydney to help unload this Saturday until the 20th March, then back from the 30th March to the 4th April. Ideally I'd like to get it picked up by the end of next week.

I'm happy to pay for fuel, tolls and your time. I could hire a Ute but the charges start adding up and would easily cost over $100.

There are about 24 lengths ranging from 70mm to 250mm wide and the longest being 3.4 metres however this can be cut down to 2.5m to fit if need be.

I can help with the unloading of the timber on my end and if need be I can meet you at Greg's to help load.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Andy

I thought I'd bump this thread before I hire a ute in the next few days.

Cheers.

Ooooh goody! What route would you like the timber to take, and how many changes of hands?

Do I?

Pretty sure the roof racks won't take that sort of weight, otherwise no probs.
don't have a trailer.

Just noticed this thread. Have you moved the timber yet? If not, could probably do it this Saturday (March 23) evening.

PM me if that would be helpful.

Mark
