Renewable Community Power is a community movement set up to develop a European-styled system of publically commissioned and owned renewable energy infrastructure. In places like Denmark and Germany, it's common for a village to all get together to set up 2-5 wind turbines or a commercial sized solar PV system to power that community. New renewable energy is now cheaper to commission in Australia than coal is. Coal is killing us - we've got to move away from it before we wreck things for good.

At the moment RCP is just looking for people who are interested in renewable energy, so there's nothing to pay :)
