Hey Iain, I thought AJ's was always Adjies, those prunes who walked around with a pace stick yelling at people:D (like me:p )
I don't like arguments, or people reading too much into posts.

I wasn't going to get into this, but what the hell.
On Good Friday just gone, we had to have our much loved cat of 16 1/2 years put down 'cause he'd come to the end of his life. His kidneys had gone so the poor little bugger couldn't walk anymore.
He was desexed and always kept inside at night. He wasn't much chop at hunting, generally he preferred to find a sunny spot and have a sleep.
He was a good cat and I still miss having him around.
However, I also gave Christopha a greenie for his rant because it was so over the top. :)
Like he said, I think it was pretty obvious that he had his tongue stuck in his cheek.
Anyway, that's my perspective.
And if you think he's mean on cats, you should hear what he used to have to say (in another icarnation) about Triton users  ;) :)

Well, my Siamese is decidedly NOT impressed by the current anti-cat flavour of this forum. He would like you all to know that he lives inside, permanently, and the ONLY wild life he gets to swat at is that hairy, doggy smelling creature that insists on sharing the boss' boat and bed at night. He is not impressed by the recent rant by Stoppers ... but he's not impressed by much at all except full dinner bowls, and warm sunlight, and stable laps, and pats on the head and ... well, that smelly doggy creature isn't all that bad at times particularly when the boss is out doing something else. :D
