Hello fellow sawdust fans, I signed up a few weeks ago and am finally back to woodwork projects Instead of steel. I have already gleaned a few things from reading previous posts. And am hoping someone will be willing to steer me through the hurdles I am sure to face in future.
I have always been told I should stick to steel when it comes to projects in the shed but the neighbors seem not to enjoy the 1am grinding sessions. so I have been busying myself finding timber furniture in council clean ups and garage sales to attempt refining my refinishing skills before tackling actual furniture making.
Projects on the boil (in random order) :
council cleanup bar unknown timber that I have stripped and am halfway through oiling.
Garage sale king bed w/ built in bookshelf and side tables unknown timber. Scraped back and ready for oil - once I practice on the bar.....
110litre R/C electric esky . Top speed 8kph. Waiting for time to test...
