Hello,
I am in need of experts! I had some liquid fragrance spilled on my dining table that went unnoticed for a couple of days and this happened:

The finish is called "distressed creamy opaque." Is there a way to fix this? I am pretty skilled in all things hardware and crafting so I want to see if I can fix this myself but I don't know where to get the paint or get that "distressed" look (with gray spots and all).
Any help is greatly appreciated!
