When selling items. How is payment organised from the buyer.

Once the buyer has indicated that they're interested in purchasing the goods in the for sale thread, the seller and buyer then should communicate via either Private Message, email or phone to organise a payment that suits both parties, most common method seems to be Direct Deposit unless paying cash if the buyer is picking the item up.

You could also pay by Paypal as an alternative.

Thanks for the reply. But how does the private mesage system work?

In the very near future the Market Place will change somewhat and there will be an option to pay by PayPal and possibly other options for payment.
This could happen some time in the next couple of weeks. Still in testing and working out the nitty gritty bits but not far off.

Paypal is a good option linked to your A/C (once set up personally) here saves stuffing around with having to delve into bank A/C's Bsb etc.
Cheers:)
