GPS problem

Not sure if right place

Can sombody tell me how to rectify error code 148 ( failure to conect to site ) on my tomtom 2050 GO Live.

Tried contacting tomtom Australia no luck
tried factory reset no luck
Sent email to tomtom Australia no luck

I have run out of ideas unless I take it into a GPS repair shop ????????
