Hello again,
I am freezing my toes off down here in Albury visiting my daughter, I am about 700kms away from home and my daughter has asked me to fix her timber benchtop, it has a burn mark.
I have sanded the burn mark out on pine, I suspect it was finished with a stain and polyprop finish, not sure if it is water based or turps based, any ideas on how I can tell which one and if it makes a difference if I use a different one, as you may appreciate I dont want to refinish the whole benchtop.
oh and I have to have it done by friday!!!!
thanks
