Termite damage in architrave

Hi all, we had termite damage on one of windows in the family room. We immediately had it treated & continue to have it regularly inspected. The problem is there are holes on the bottom & right architraves. They aren't big enough to warrant removing the entire window frame but will need filling. What is the usual product for filling wood holes roughly 12 cm x 6 cm and 2-3cm deep? Thanks,
