Cubby House Plans

G'day

I'm wanting to build a cubby house in my backyard for my 2 kids this Xmas. I want it to be unique but I would like some ideas or advice on some basic "must do's". Most of my searches on the net for "free plans" have come up with little of value.
Is there anyone that can help with plans or know of some good sites to visit?
