G'day all,
John here, I see a few other folk from SA around.
I am just starting but want to make some furniture and be creative with wood.
Always had an affinity for wood from my dad. I was born in rural WA where my dad worked in the timber mills in (near Manjimup). He was a cabinet maker for a while and we had all sorts of equip in the shed.
Got reenergized after a recent renovation where we recycled timber from old balcony (oregon) into our kitchen. The builder was a fine craftsman and I wanted to be able to do similar.
So I am looking to get a combination bench...planer/thicknesser/saw/mortiser. Was researching when I
a) came across this site; and
B) narrowed my choice down to the ...preferably the 2600
Cheers
John
Still trying to find a retailer and advice on this product and anything else I might need (eg dust extractor).
