G'day guys;
I'm fitting a 4KW system and at the moment I'm looking at a system that a local independant electrician is spruiking. The inverter is an SMA "Sunny Boy" which I understand is of good quality but I've never heard of the panels. They are "Stream Power Plus" panels rated at 250W. Although they are made in China the parent company who owns and designs them is "Solarig", a Spanish oufit.
They come with the usual warranties (10yr workmanship, 10yr 90% output, 25yr 80% output), what also impressed me was that each panel has a 3W positive tolerance and that each panel is tested to ensure this. He had with him a large stack of panel serial numbers with their actual individual ratings alongside them.
So, has anybody come across these before or know of anybody who has?
