recylced oregon pine dining room table

I have a 10 year old dining room table made of oregan pine. It's previous life was as part of a ship. I want to know how to bring it back to its best condition and roughly how much such as item would be worth to sell

Are you intending to just finish the table, or commit to a full restoration back to ship?:)

Would need a pic for this as anything that young would have to be special to be worth 'restoring'.
