Ok: just a bit of fun. A pair of events , circumstances, ailments' people or whatever that act to make your life less bearable.
Mine?? Age and decrepitude.

This is similar to those do anything to confuse rather than clarify. This goes for things from mobile phone plans, to cereal product placement, to political issue - they're just not helping at all.

Dreams and aspirations :(
Equilibrium is the boring dragging grind of day after day. It's when I allow myself to think of the things I've wanted to do, or the tools & machinery rotting away in the cr*ppy garden shed that things go badly downhill...

Yesterday, in the local, small, supermarket, when the COC asked the lady with $230 worth of groceries whether she wanted cash out too.
Yes. $400 I think. But had to consult a tattered bit of paper, slowly dug out of the handbag.
Entered.
Denied.
OK, $300.
Entered.
Denied.
OK, customer says, I'll try another card. Now tell me which way it goes in.
And it got worse. There was a long queue by this time.
I walked out and got the milk elsewhere.
My other gripe is at the Metcard machine at the station. There's only one. And of course, the train is a minute away and the commuter in front is paying by emptying their change jar, with 10 and 20c coins.

We have trains up here too. In a good year we get four or five. On the positive side I have never heard of anyone having nearly missed the train because they are held up by a lady shelling out coin. This is partly due to the absence of any type of ticket machine and partly because these trains exclusively carry grain.:D
It's still horseless carriage or horse here:wink:.

People who don't spell correctly.
HINT: It's "Equilibrium".
And the second thing is people who get mad when their spelling is corrected.
And the third thing is sites where you post a question and nobody answers.....
And the fourth thing is people whose equilibrium is easily upset by bad spelling and not having their posts answered.
And the fifth thing is people who go on and on and on and on about things.......:D

Already had the spelling pointed out Whittle and was VERY redfaced!! Not mad, just embarrased.
Don't see much point in getting mad. Waste of energy.:)

I know what you mean. It is very embarrassing when you know the correct spelling, but you type it wrong anyway. :-
