Well I suppose I'm a day late but what sort of cretin is Bob Katter??
Wanting to suapend the goings on in parliament to debate Johnathon Thurston's case with the NRL judicery!!:o:o
Mind you, probably end up being as "meaningful" as most of the shennanigans in the gasometer.
I wonder if, now that the case is over, the illustrious member will manage to claim he was somehow responsible for the favourable result!:q

It really goes to what is important in Australia at the moment doesnt it? Bo has his own party now. All about cutting the power of Woolies and Coles. He will get votes.

Mr Katter isn't as silly as the media like to make him out to be, but from what I've heard he likes to be noticed.
The thing is while you single out his one gesture I can't help but wonder if he was making a suttle comment on the tone of the parliment overall. If you look at the way they ALL behave and impose that behaviour on a group of children they would all be in line for smacks and off to your room.
Shouting at each other, name calling, personal attacks (JG's speciality), no wonder every government initiative is a basket case, how would they find time between tantrums and "announcments" to actually manage anything...
As I've said before the politicians are the symptom. Someone hired them.

Anyone watched Question Time? Maybe they would be better off discussing the footy rather than trying to run a country:rolleyes:
On the Thurstons front though, I find it hard to comprehend how any player that touches a ref in any form can get away with it. If he wasn't an Origin star I highly doubt he would have been cleared too.

Bob is incapable of making subtle Comments!:D

Our pollies are a glaring example that intelligence is not a part of the present day education system. Question time , only demonstrates that the asylum is run by the inmates.

Its such a waste of time, You get the Dorothy Dixer question and the rambling answer. Somehow reminds me of the carry on I have in my back yard with the birds as it nears mating time.
No, on reflection, the birds will result in an outcome.
