The Irish are not as thick as some would like to think, The Irish government has come up with an idea to solve their oil problems,
They are importing a million tons of sand from Saudi Arabia and going to dig for their own oil.

When I first heard it, it was 64 million tons - but with the shape of their economy they can probably only afford one million
