Hi all,

Attended the maleny show again today, and once again, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good to see the usual suppliers there and some good timber bargains were to be had. Pity mapleman wasn't there this time around, but there were a few new timber suppliers that I'd not heard of before.

If anyone is thinking about going, I'd definitely recommend it. I find it's more of a timber supply and finished product event compared with the demos one sees at the Brisbane show, but I still think it is well worth it. Anyone else there today?

I was there. First time. Smaller than Brissy show and much better because of it. I don't normally buy much at shows but picked up a board of Huon and a can of Kunos oil to try out.

Mapleman was there, he was up in the main hall with all of the furniture displays.

Couldn't make it this year :(. Still recovering from O/S bug and too many things at home to attend to. Mind you, it's not as though I need anymore timber

Phooey, I was hoping to go this year, but as usual other things have gotten in the way. I have to agree Neil, I don't need any more timber either :D

I always need more timber. Now if only they sold more storage space to go with it....

Well I waited and waited until someone or something was going to tell me when it was on and now I've gone and missed it again. Not a thing mentioned down here about it. Well I guess next year and hope they promote it a bit more.:D:D

It's nearly always one or two weeks before the Bris Timber&WWW Show, but that tip didn't help me this year

It's always the long weekend immediately after Easter.
