Good Morning Friends,
Here in the USA we are accustomed to installing seal tab roofing on our structures in residential areas, however there are other roofing materials that can be used.
Can you name five?

The first one that comes to mind is, wooden shingles.
Glazed tiles, like those on many Mexican type houses.
Slate.
Ribbed steel sheeting that has either been galvanised, or, had a colour bonded top coat.
Copper, couldn't believe that a house I stayed in 35 years ago in the Rocky Mountains area, had a copper clad roof. When it rained, it sounded soft, compared to steel roofs I've been under!
The list is, or could be, almost endless.
Mick.

My roof is "super six". It's a corrugated asbestos fibre cement sheet, popular in the 60's - 70's. I doubt it would be in use today though.

Good Evening Friends,
Very nice array of roofs from both of you as Mick you are right the list is endless from what you already mentioned to even natural materials such as palm leaves to thatch.
In certain areas they even use the earthen cover as their roofs.
Thank you both for your support.
Respectfully,
