My apologies to the Fat Controllers (a reference to Thomas the Tank Engine not the horizontal size of our forum moderators, although....) if this has already been done or there is a link to this somewhere or if this is on the wrong forum....

This link... Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx)

...will take you to a free download of a MS photo re-sizing program. It is very simple to use and will enable those contributing photos to make their pics smaller for the forum pages. Easily!

That is the one I use...

There is actually a Sticky Thread on how to do it on here somewhere.

Have a look at this one, it links to others as well.

I'm lazy:rolleyes:

I email it to myself as an attachment (selecting make my pictures smaller)and then save the new attachment.

Cheers

That uses bandwidth & download quota.

Once powertoys is installed, it is just a point & right click & pick the size you want.
Even easier that sending it in an e-mail & then saving it out of the e-mail.
