*****I JUST REALISED THIS IS IN THE WRONG SECTION - PLEASE MOVE******

I'm completing a deck and as per the council requirements I am required to build a privacy screen along the neighbours side of the deck. My question is what size and type of studs should I use for my screen. Below are some details for your info<?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /><O:p< font O:p<>
- Length of screen is 5.5m<O:p< font O:p<>
- Height of screen is from 2700 – 3400<O:p< font O:p<>
- Roof is sandwich panel (0.5bmt colourbond soffit)<O:p< font O:p<>
- Battens will be 66x18mm running horizontally fixed on the inside (treated pine)<O:p< font O:p<>
- Council requirements are to have max 25% gaps in battens<O:p< font O:p<>
- Both studs and battens will be painted<O:p< font O:p<>
- Screen will run full height to underside of roof and will have 600mm eave overhang<O:p< font O:p<>
- Studs to be at 1350mm centres<O:p< font O:p<>
- This screen won’t see much direct sun and is partly sheltered from the rain<O:p< font O:p<>

Can anyone please help me with;
- Size of studs<<O:p< font O:p<>
- Type of timber recommended (Note I will be using a T nailer to fix the battens on with)<O:p< font O:p<>
- Should I run a top plate to the underside of the sandwich panel to fix the studs to<O:p< font O:p<>
- The suds will sit directly over the last joist so I was going to batten screw direct to this so eliminate a bottom plate<O:p< font O:p<>
<O:p< font O:p<>
My concerns are mainly the fixing to the polypanel as this isn’t the worlds most solid surface to be fixing to.....<O:p< font O:p<>

Thanks in advance.<O:p< font O:p<>
